I am a solo practitioner with a dual practice as Attorney and as CPA. I share fully-equipped executive law offices with other attorneys and professionals, law clerk, and receptionists. I am a former U.S. Marine officer (Captain), jet pilot and Military Finance Officer (2nd Marine Air Wing Assistant Comptroller). Including civilian CPA and attorney time, I have over 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, and finance. I have worked as Comptroller, CPA, Small Business Consultant for Big 6 CPA firm, corporate tax attorney (in the accounting department) for Fortune 100 company, and now have my own Attorney and CPA practice, since 1994. My professional financial and tax accounting background, my legal training and practical experience solving problems, and can-do attitude, will help me to obtain good results for you, from tax planning and tax structuring, preparing tax returns, defending taxpayers, or providing bankruptcy, corporate and business law, estate and probate, or accounting services. I work hard to achieve effective and timely solutions to legal and tax problems, and perform other tax, bankruptcy, estate or business law and corporate work. I am actively involved in some of the most exciting and hot new issues for individuals and small/mid-size businesses--such as tax planning and compliance, sales tax bankruptcy, and business law issues (such as franchise tax conversions and business litigation support issues).
